The Garbage collection body will be of steel construction of 7 cubic mtrs. Capacity with footstep for maintenance purpose. The bottom group, the side walls and the top will form a box type design .The side walls as well as the top will be in reinforced frame steel construction. The tail gate bearing and tail gate locking should be integrated into the rear frame of the body.

EJECTION PLATE

The Ejection Plate will run on a synthetic guide block within the lateral longitudinal guides of the Boat type bottom group of the Garbage collection body and will be operated by a Telescopic hydraulic Jack.

TAILGATE WITH HOPPER

The tailgate with hopper would form the basic structure to which the functional parts like slide plate and packer plate would be attached.
The Hooper used to take in the refuse would be permanently welded in between the sidewalls and would consist of highly solid fine- grained constructional steel made of high resistance steel.

SLIDE PLATE

The carriage plate would be robust profile reinforced steel construction supplied with a wear resistant cover plate made of high resistant steel.
The thickness of side plate would be of suitable grade material. It would be actuated by two hydraulic rams, and must run on four sliding blocks.

PACKER PLATE

The packer plate will consist of highly solid steel and the strongly Reinforced lateral bearing arms for the attachment of the hydraulic rams. It would clear the Hooper and initiate the primary compaction within the Hooper. On completion of the swivel movement the compaction of the refuse and its transportation into the Garbage Collection body will begin.

PAINTING AND LETTERING

The Refuse Compactor unit shall be printed with anti- corrosive Primer before painting with two coat of ISI approved make Paint through spray painting. The rear side of Garbage Collection body shall be painted inside with anti- corrosive black paint. The outer colour shade will be customer’s choice.
